This was the craziest experience with a dentist ever. Went to Dr. Miroslava for a checkup and ABSCESS tooth which she confirmed with over 2 hours of camera/X-rays work. I had asked for the antibiotic prescription before I left the office and there seemed to be no issue. But, Walgreens never received the prescription. Found out this “Dr.” refused to prescribe an antibiotic to me even though she confirmed the abscess! According to her, I had to go to an endodontist for that - no exceptions. So, she let me linger in pain with an abscess on the back tooth closest to the brain. No compassion. Sounds to me like a corporate ploy - one dentist helping another get $$$.

Bayview staff made my new patient first appointment as pleasant as a dental appointment can be. From reception through X-rays, cleaning, and exam the staff were professional, pleasant, caring, and efficient. The x-ray technician (I’m sorry I forget her name) was outstanding in her care for me, a very challenging patient! I’m very glad I found BayView Dentistry.

The staff an attention to my visit was very good. Diana the hygienist was amazing, I’ve had 4 or 5 hygienist in my life and by far she is the best, the best at cleaning, very thorough, no discomfort and very good communicator as we went through my cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The X-ray process was quick and efficient, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The teeth cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist took great care to ensure my comfort throughout the appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the entire team. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the visit even more pleasant. I left feeling confident about my dental health and very satisfied with the service I received. In addition, the lobby in this building is a place of total relaxation—featuring live orchids, a grand piano, and the sounds of nature playing from a large display near the elevator.

I’m so glad I remembered to write this office a review this visit! I don’t even think to write reviews for many places but honestly given the number of times I’ve now been here and have had the same level of positive experience, a review is definitely warranted because I see that that is the true pattern and norm at this office. And the employees’ attitudes and overall ambiance/experience, matter so much when it comes to medical offices. No less than all of hygienists, doctors, and staff alike, here are truly so sweet, gentle, thorough, attentive, and professional, and I can’t stress enough that each and every one of those words are relevant and applicable. And these things go such a long way. I think that, even though I fortunately enough do not tend to experience much fear or anxiety about dental appointments, those aspects of the demeanor of those helping you when you’re a dental patient can of course absolutely make an even more significant difference for the many who do feel that way about going to the dentist!
